Course Descriptions
- In Year 10 Maths, students build on topics learned in Year 9, starting more advanced concepts while continuing to revise higher-level topics.
- By the end of Year 10, students will complete over 80% of the GCSE syllabus, giving them a strong foundation for exams.
- The course focuses on exam techniques, helping students gain confidence by practicing past paper questions and exam-style model questions for each topic.
- Students receive weekly revision tutorials containing past papers and model questions. They complete and submit these tutorials before the next lesson. Difficult questions are reviewed and explained in the following class. Solutions are provided as a PDF.
- The course runs in weekly 1.5-hour sessions starting from September, with recorded videos available to catch up on any missed lessons.
- Every two months, students take a test based on the topics covered, allowing progress tracking. Achievements and performance are shared with parents to monitor improvement and areas needing attention.
